 <![CDATA[CVFC along with CC Paramedic 3 were alerted for an MVC&nbsp;with rollover on Grove Neck Road.&nbsp; Units went on location and found a single vehicle overturned with one priority 3 patient.&nbsp; Rescue 1 handled securing the vehicle and traffic control while Paramedic 192 transported the patient to Union Hospital.&nbsp; CC Paramedic 3 was placed into service prior to arrival by paramedic 1-1.&nbsp; All units were cleared the scene by 1600....]]>

 <![CDATA[CVFC, Tanker 9 and an Engine and Ladder from Sta. 27 Middletown were alerted for a house fire off Bohemia Church Road.&nbsp; Assistant 1-2, Brandon Dixon, went on location and found a chimney fire with possible extension into the wall.Rescue 1 arrived first and was brought to the top of the driveway with the crew sent to the basement.&nbsp; Tanker 1 and 9 arrived next and staged on the hardtop to allow Tower 27 to gain access.&nbsp; Tower 27 put the bucket to the roof and threw a 35' ladder on the C side to the chimney.&nbsp; Crews from Brush 1 and Tanker 9 assisted the crew in the basement pull part of the ceiling and walls to locate the fire.&nbsp; Crews used a water can to extinguish the embers.&nbsp;Once the box was placed under control Tanker 1&amp;amp;9 cleared the scene and made the response to a working Barn Fire in Chesapeake City's district.&nbsp; Rescue 1 and Tower 27 remained on scene to clean up.&nbsp; All units were cleared the scene prior to 0600.Photo taken by Chief 27 Frank Bailey....]]>

 	<title>Working House/Trailer Fire</title>

 <![CDATA[Just after 1800 hours the tones were struck for a working house/trailer fire in the Indian Acres Campground.&nbsp; With Rescue 1 being out of&nbsp;service, the inital alert&nbsp;brought Sta. 1 and&nbsp;KC Sta. 3 for an Engine, Rescue and Tanker.&nbsp; Deputy 1 was the first to arrive with a fully involved trailer and exposure to several surrounding sheds.&nbsp; Engine 114 was the first to arrive and dropped 500' of 5" into the scene.&nbsp; The crew pulled two 1 3/4" lines and began extinguishment and protecting the exposures.&nbsp; Tanker 1 arrived next and began supplying the engine.&nbsp; KC Engine 3, Rescue 3 and Tanker 3 all arrived and began an attack on the Charlie side.&nbsp; Two additional tankers, Tanker&nbsp;12 and KC Tanker 2, &nbsp;were called into the scene to assist with water supply.&nbsp; Engine 116 was sent directly to the fill site to set up a draft.&nbsp; Crews brought the fire under control but needed to keep cool a 250 gal propane tank that was venting.&nbsp;&nbsp;CC Paramedic 3, Ambulance 191 and KC Ambulane 3 took care of the rehab assignment and Engine 2 and KC Engine 2 handled the transfer into Station 1.&nbsp; Video from Engine 114 will be uploaded to the site soon.More photos in the gallery....]]>

 <![CDATA[At 1530 the tones were struck for a barn fire at the Bob Biss Farm.&nbsp; The assignment brought Sta 1, Tanker 9, KC Engine and Tanker 3 and NCC Ladder 27.&nbsp; Assistant 1, John Paolantonio, was the first to arrive and found a 10' by 20' chicken coup fully involved.&nbsp; The location was changed to a farm directly across the street from the Bob Biss Farm.&nbsp; With a report of no exposure problems the box was held to Sta. 1 units.&nbsp; Rescue 1 arrived first and pulled the 1 3/4" trash line and began extinguishment.&nbsp; Tanker 1 arrived shortly there after and supplied Rescue 1.&nbsp; The crew, with the assistance of the property owners skid steer, separated all the metal to be able to extinguish the entire fire.&nbsp; Engine 114 arrived and assisted with the clean-up.&nbsp; The box was brought under control in approximately 8 minutes and all units cleared at 1614 hours.&nbsp; More photos can be seen in the gallery....]]>
